You have the opportunity to put your documents up for free (Freedom) or paid (Premium).

• If you choose the "Freedom" option, your document is immediately online and you help a lot of students with it.

You can publish all the documents you are the author or the person who have the rights to. This includes summaries of books, lecture notes, answers to exercises and many more.

Your documents must be in PDF format with maxium size of 20 Mo. Although we recommend using digital documents, you can still scan and publish your handwritten documents.

Yes, we encourage you to publish all your documents, regardless of the year in which you have written them. When adding documents, just think to check the year in which each was made.

StudyBox allows you to earn money by publishing Premium quality documents. You will be paid for each download. Do not forget that the community can rate and comment on documents, which means that the higher the quality of the document, the more it will get downloaded.

As the author of a Premium document, you receive 70% of the sale price every time it is downloaded. The balance is used to cover operating and promotion costs.

Every time one of your Premium document gets downloaded, your account is immediately credited. You can then use these credits to download other Premium documents or simply ask for a payment to your bank account. The credits are valid 1 year.

• Download the document you would like and in order to give back to the community, do not forget to rate the document and comment it.

The list of documents that you have downloaded is available in your account and you can download them again at any time.

By rating the document, you inform other students about its quality and you are contributing to the overall quality of the documents available on StudyBox.

All documents have a description of their content as well as insights. In addition, the notes and comments of users who have already downloaded the document will provide information on its quality. Do not forget that the documents in the Premium category are systematically reviewed and monitored by an independent reviewer.

No. Although payments are managed through PayPal only, you do not have to own a PayPal account to make transactions. You will be redirected to the PayPal site upon payment request where you can use a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover card if you do not have a PayPal account. If you do not have credit card, you can create a free PayPal account and transfer money to it from your bank account, as you usually do to pay a bill.

Yes. All transactions are handled by PayPal which is the global leader in online payments. No data related to payments are recorded by StudyBox.

When you download a Premium document, you can decide to sponsor a person to download it. Besides the person enjoying a quality document, you will receive credits to the total of 5% of the sales price when the person that you have sponsored downloads the document. You can also sponsor people for documents that you have downloaded in the past directly from your list "My downloads".

Besides your friend enjoying a quality document, you will receive for all Premium document 5% of the selling price when the person that you have sponsored downloads the document.

You can sponsor as many people as you like. Enjoy sharing your discoveries with as many people as possible and receive additional credits in return.

You can sponsor the same person several times but only for different documents. This means that you cannot sponsor the same person for the same document more than once.

Being ambassador means you’re promoting StudyBox within your institution. To do this, you will receive posters three times a year and / or flyers that you can post at your university / school. As an ambassador, you also need to check that the categories within your school (courses, study branches, etc.) are correctly listed on StudyBox and that the documents are properly classified.

As exclusive ambassador for your institution, you receive at the end of each campaign 2% of sales that are generated on StudyBox through Premium documents attached to your institution. Therefore, the more active you are, the more students will be registered, which will increase your commissions.

Simply fill out the "ambassador" form available in your profile and if there is no existing ambassador for your school, you will become the exclusive ambassador of StudyBox for your university / school in a few days. If an ambassador is already appointed, you will be placed on a waiting list.
